Butzbach
Ballhaus vor dem Butzbacher Landgrafenschloss.
Das Ballhaus vor dem wurde unter Landgraf Phillip III. von Hessen-Darmstadt um 1633-1634 errichtet. Später wurde das Gebäude einige Jahre als Reithalle für die Kavellerie genutzt.
Das Landgrafenschloss in Butzbach liegt auf dem Gelände einer früheren Burganlage am südöstlichen Rand der Butzbacher Altstadt.
Spätgotische und barocke Bauteile sind noch, auch trotz Umbau zur Kaserne Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts, erhalten geblieben.
Neben dem Landgrafenschloss liegt das Solmser Schloss.
