Die Murg kann auf dem Premiumwanderweg Murgleiter, von Gernsbach nach Baiersbronn im Schwarzwald, auch auf Steinen überquert werden.
Das wunderschöne Landschaftsbild des Murgtals wird u.a. von den abwechslungsreichen Gesteinen geprägt.
