Das Murnauer Moos.
Das Murnauer Moos ist mit 23 Quadratkilometern das größte und ursprünglichste Moorgebiet des nördlichen Alpenvorlandes.
Die Moorlandschaft beheimatet viele gefährdete Tier- und Pflanzenarten. Ca. 1000 verschiedene Pflanzenarten und 4000 Tiere gibt es hier. Darunter auch die vom Aussterben bedrohte langschnäbelige Bekassine, die zum Vogel des Jahres 2013 gewählt wurde und im Murnauer Moos noch mit wummernden Geräuschen balzt.
